Campaign Marketing

Data-mine Customer and Prospect Information: The intuitive 360 View Customer and Account Wizard allows you to easily data-mine your customer, third-party, and prospect information and save your queries as marketing lists to kick-start your next marketing campaign. With this easy point-and-click data-mining tool you will be performing simple queries to make your co-workers green with envy, like – All DDA Customers with an Open Account, who have an Average Balance greater than or equal to $50,000, who do not have an open CD, and are between the ages of 35 and 75, or complex queries to impress your CFO, like – the top 5% of customers whose average MTD Net Income is equal to or greater than $10,000.

Create Dynamic Marketing Lists: Any data-mine query within 360 View can be saved as a Marketing List for future use in a marketing campaign. All lists our dynamic, which means the list you create today, can still be feeding your on-boarding campaign 10 years from now. All lists can be exported as .csv (comma separated values) formats. 360 View also comes with some pre-defined Marketing Lists, we call "System Lists", to make your job even easier.

On-boarding Campaigns: You can create New Customer or New Product Opening on-boarding campaigns and create an endless series of Offers to associate with each campaign. You can create and make live as many continuous or term type campaigns as you like and even organize them in your own folder structure while sharing them with others in your marketing group based on security options you set. Attach any 360 View Marketing List to your campaign and have it act like a "hose-pipe" to flood your campaign offers with new candidates to whom you can market.

Campaign Offers: 360 View Campaigns are really just a series of Customer Offers or touch points (e.g. Customer Call, Direct Mailer, Personal Letter, Email, etc.) all associated with one Campaign name. You can have campaigns with one Offer or many Offers…it’s flexible and completely your choice. The system is intelligent enough to even recognize when someone should be opted-out of any offer based on success measure – brochure speak for, if they already have Internet Banking then they will not be included in your Internet Banking Cross-Sell Offer. You can even give your Campaign Offers names which will make more sense to someone reading the Past Activity detail record (e.g. New Customer Thank You Letter, 30 Day Cross-Sell Offer, 1 Year Anniversary Thank You, 10 Year Anniversary Thank You, etc.).

Success Tracking: You can track the success of any campaign through a series of campaign and offer success reports conveniently located within each Campaign. These reports will help you determine how many candidates were touched by any Offer or Campaign and how many actually opened the "target" cross-sell so you can determine Campaign or Offer ROI.

Offer Fulfillment: There are three means of fulfilling any 360 View Campaign Offer, 1) the system can electronically fulfill it for you for items like Cross-sell, Office Follow-Ups, or any personal touch assignment, 2) you can export the Offer Candidate List and fulfill the Offer yourself by sending the list and collateral to your own fulfillment partner, or 3) you can have us fulfill it for you.
