You can quickly view all your Past Due Loans by responsibility, sort them by Days Past Due, Amount Past Due, or Active Principal, and begin working them.
You will have access to all past collection effort activities, customer specific comments, collateral items, contact information, loan payment history,
times renewed, times extended, and much more.
Make your next Past Due Loan Meeting a cinch by centralizing all your past due collection efforts into one system. Your managers will be able to track the
collection efforts of all your loan officers, read through their past activity collection notes, determine where the log-jams are, and better help your
officers plan next steps. Some say it makes them feel like General Patton lording over his tank brigade through the thicket of Normandy... we think they
might be going a little too far, but we love the enthusiasm.
You will have access to a filtering system that will make viewing your past due loans more convenient than ever. You can filter by Disposition (e.g.
Bankruptcy, Charged Off, Collection Agency, In Liquidation, Internal Collections, or Repossession), by employee or responsibility, by category (e.g.
Commercial, Consumer, or Mortgage), or by branch. You can use any combination of these filters to analyze your past dues and see sub-groups of your past
dues. You can even view inactive past due customers.
You can also quickly access any past due customer’s full 360 View Customer View to better understand the entire value of their relationship to your
institution before you begin collection efforts. You will have access to their Household Value, Sphere Of Influence, all other Primary and Secondary Account
information, Open Referrals and Incidents, and all past activities even if not related to past collection efforts. This access to the true relationship
value of any past due customer is what separates 360 View Delinquency Manger from the rest, and it is what will prove invaluable to your collection
efforts.
You will see all collateral and guarantor information related to your past due loans to aid in your collection effort. On collateral items you will see
description, value and collateral details and on guarantors you will see name and address information as pulled from your core loan system.
You can record all your collection activities within the system to keep you focused and on track. You can record phone conversations, email or letter
correspondence, and record helpful comments like, "just got laid off and will be slow to pay until he finds another job", or, "gets paid on the 1st and
15th... call his cell, usually available after 4 pm", or, "spoke with her today, she promised she would make full payment this Friday". All past collection
activities will flow through to 360 View CRM and be available for all employees of your institution to see should they have reason to be in contact with
one of your past due customers. This ensures a comprehensive approach to collections which most systems miss.
You can choose from pre-approved collection letters to send to any past due customer... well, not those in bankruptcy, we block those from contact as law
requires – just one of the many sweet features you will find throughout our system. You can print collection letters yourself, one at a time, or even queue
them to be printed from the central office each day. Letters will auto fill with past due account detail and collection officer information. You can even
reprint past letters. All letters correspondence will be tracked as a past activity within the system and preserved for audit purposes. Letter text can be
centrally controlled by the past due administrator to ensure consistency and legal compliance within your collection efforts.
As you create "call backs" or "todos" for yourself during your collection efforts, you can push these follow-up activities to your Outlook Calendar as
either task or calendar items.
Should one of your collection officers leave, you can easily reassign all their past due accounts to another officer within minutes. Their past due
accounts and all related collection activities will now be available to work by the newly assigned officer.
You will have access to many standard reports that will make your collection reporting a breeze (e.g. Loan Activity Report, Loans Activity To Do By
Employee, Loans Board Account Status Report, Loans Disposition Report, Loans Matured Past Due Loans, DDL reports, and more). All reports can be exported
as .PDF, .CSV, or .XLS for your use and further manipulation.
