360 View Reports - General

This session will highlight a series of integral, and often overlooked, 360 View reports to discuss with the class; explaining each report’s intended use, benefit, and underpinnings. The session will also explain how the 360 View data dictionary has been used in the past to create custom reports and how this will change in the future with the advent of “report views” in the 2010 SR1 release of 360 View.
