About Us inBusiness Services, founded by Kevin Anderson, Terry Bellenfant, and Chris Green, began in February 2001 with the mission to help banks through unique products, services, and personalized consulting to strengthen their operations, increase non-interest income, and extend their consumer and business service offerings in effort to create a unique and sustainable competitive advantage. Behind this mission has always been our promise to be true to our word, to value handshakes more than contracts, to be friends and confidants to our partners, and grow an extended family, not a business. This mission and promise is still alive and at the heart of inBusiness Services today where we currently partner with more than 30 banks in more than 15 states to offer the following services. outReach FinancialTM suite of software solutions; DDA Overdraft Tracking & Reporting Manager, Loan Past Due Tracking Manager, 360º View Customer Relationship Manager, LEAP, our Loan Extension Application Program enabling banks to scale their extension fees based on loan payment amount, CTR Reformat, and automated ITI Port Merge Manager. Services
other than software; Overdraft ShelterSM is our overdraft solution,
allowing bank customers to overdraw their account within pre-determined
limits in times of need. Check PursuitSM is our free check recovery
service offered through banks to their business customers and direct
to individual business. Disaster Recovery consulting includes planning,
development, web hosting, and event support. Software consulting includes
custom database design and reporting solutions to banks and business.
We also provide financial institution consulting. Kevin Anderson, co-founder and President, has been in the banking industry for over 20 years helping banks support and improve their technology and operational needs. Prior to working with inBusiness, Kevin spent five years founding and growing an ITI software bank data processing center serving in a role as Executive Vice President. We are not sure, but we think Kevin is secretly a pro-bowler that just missed his connection to Reno and mistook the "Welcome TBA Members" sign at the Nashville Holiday Inn to mean "Welcome Tennessee Bowlers Association Members", either way he found a home. Terry Bellenfant, co-founder and CFO, has been in the banking industry for over 25 years where among many titles he served as bank CFO. Prior to working with inBusiness, Terry spent five years founding and growing an ITI software bank data processing center serving in a role as the data center's President. We don't know if Williamsport's Little League Hall of Fame has ever heard of Terry, but if they had, he would be in there as the best 1st base coach that should have been a 3rd base coach. Chris Green, co-founder and CMO, was previously a business consultant developing business strategy, marketing, and sales. Before that, he was CEO of The Challenge Group, Inc., an independent publisher of The Challenge, a correspondence game promoting mentoring through letter writing. Chris has an accounting background, having served six years as assistant controller for Gould Turner Group, a national hospital architectural company, and an MBA from the Jack C. Massey School of Business. Chris is a board member of Nashville Children's Theatre. In his spare time, Chris spends time upside down banging his head off rocks while kayaking, which might explain his misplaced hope that a CSI Las Vegas Hummer will pull up to his house sometime soon. Suzanne Johnson, Vice President of Software Development, was previously President of SJ Consulting, providing software solutions specializing in database design and reporting to businesses. Her background includes software application training as well as consulting. She is a Microsoft Certified Professional. Suzanne is a graduate of Belmont University, but inexplicably is drawn to the color purple and is a rabid LSU football fan and perhaps the only woman we've ever known brave enough to have her hair cut for $4.99. Matt Tapia, Assistant Vice President of Software Development, was previously the owner of a consulting company called DarkSabre Entertainment where he developed music web sites, multi-media, and performed video editing and CD production. He is a graduate of Belmont University where he majored in Computer Science. Matt is most famous for co-authoring a paper Recursive Computation Of The Rook Polynomial. We have no idea what this paper is on, but we are impressed all the same. Eddie
Suey, Software Developer, was most recently a production analyst
with WebMD and before that a programmer at Edge.Net. He is a graduate
of Belmont University where he majored in mathematics. Eddie has in
the past generously donated his time providing holiday food to prisoners
and would have these suggestions; make sure you are registered as a
guest when entering and, though it may seem the right thing to do, never
wander off unattended. Natalie Griggs, Office Manager, was previously with Nashville Athletic Club where she handled inside sales and outside marketing. Natalie is a graduate of the University of Louisiana, Lafayette where she majored in Education. Natalie likes everything outdoors, but probably not tics and poison ivy.
